This position is responsible for growth and expansion of the division in Maharashtra State. This position is responsible for ensuring proactive management of operational, financial and environmental risks in the division. The position will be responsible for implementing operational projects, including managing the man power for the division that the organization prioritizes periodically.
This position is responsible to meet client and portfolio related growth target in the assigned area (5 to 7 branches) and the incumbent shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of new products and services in the area.

This position is responsible for achieving branch targets of outreach, portfolio quality and portfolio disbursement on a monthly basis, through a team of Kendra managers. This position is also responsible for overall administration and upkeep of the branch.
